Shipping Information

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

The approximate term of delivery is 28 days from the date of the Order Confirmation where payment is made by credit card. The delivery date will be arranged by JHTD in accordance with our operators in the area of the delivery and will vary based on the delivery address, type of Products and other relevant factors.

If you would like to return a Product, this will need to be formally requested in writing via e-mail by contacting: retail@johnsonfitness.co.uk.

In the event you return a Product to us:

(a) as a result of cancelling the Contract within the 7-day cooling-off period, JHTD will process the refund due as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product(s) in full, including the cost of original delivery. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

(b) for any other reason (including but not limited to, claiming that the Product(s) is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of the refund in writing via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that the Product(s) is defective. Products returned because of a defect will be refunded in full, including the cost of original delivery and the cost incurred by the Customer in returning the item to us.
