You can register your Bowflex product online at our product registration page. You’ll need your model number and serial number, which can be found on the label attached to your equipment.
What is the warranty on my Bowflex product?
Warranty coverage varies by product. Most Bowflex home gyms include a 2-year parts warranty, and 2-year labour warranty. Please refer to your product’s documentation or contact our support team for specific warranty details.
How do I order replacement parts?
Replacement parts can be ordered by contacting our Parts & Tech Support team by phone, by emailing customersupport@jhtgroup.uk or through our contact form. Please have your model number and serial number ready when you call.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
