Warranty coverage varies by product. Most Bowflex home gyms include a lifetime frame warranty, 10-year parts warranty, and 2-year labour warranty. Please refer to your product’s documentation or contact our support team for specific warranty details.

Replacement parts can be ordered by contacting our Parts & Tech Support team by phone or through our contact form. Please have your model number and serial number ready when you call.

We offer a 6-week in-home trial on most products. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 6 weeks of delivery for a full refund (less shipping costs). Please contact our support team to arrange a return.
